Experienced Customer Service Representative – Global Customer Support

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong desire to grow with a forward-thinking company, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members * Utilize careerzynith's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and update records * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and careerzynith's services to provide informed support * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * Fluency in English (written and spoken) * Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater * High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up, and a preferred connection speed of 10+ MB down and 512k up * Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked (a photo of the space will be required) * Personal Desktop Computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor, and a recommended configuration of 4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor * 19 flat panel monitor (minimum) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience with careerzynith's services or products is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong typing skills (40 words per minute or greater) * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
