**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Mastering our call script to sound professional and authentic when interacting with our valued customers
* Participating in ongoing training sessions to continuously grow and develop as a professional
* Maintaining our customer database with complete and accurate information
* Coordinating with dispatch and managers to ensure smooth coordination of service appointments and timely resolution of customer inquiries
* Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
* Scheduling service and sales appointments with our skilled technicians and knowledgeable consultants
* Managing inbound and outbound communications, including incoming calls and emails, as well as making outbound calls to follow up on service requests and sales inquiries
* Obtaining product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information about our offerings
* Processing orders and requests accurately and efficiently
* Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Collaborating with colleagues to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by striving to exceed customer expectations and providing professional customer support at every touchpoint
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
* Call center experience/Customer Service experience is required
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
