**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring accurate data entry. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from customers and follow scripted questions to obtain necessary information
* Enter data into a ticket format, accurately identifying work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive relationships with customers, peers, and management
* Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
* Accurately read digital maps and provide clear communication to customers
* Demonstrate an interest in public safety and understand the importance of accurate data entry
* Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
* General computer skills
* Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including good attendance
* Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated
* Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
* Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
* Must pass a criminal background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with data entry and mapping systems
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
