**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service
* Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services
* Educating customers on each type of insurance coverage and making recommendations based on their needs
* Evaluating current insurance policies and recommending additional coverage when needed
* Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes
* Marketing and promoting our agency
* Clerical duties: data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, etc.
**Requirements**
The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be:
* Self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks
* A team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
* Willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
* Determined and open-minded to learning about insurance and how to achieve an excellent sales record
* Preferred: Bilingual
* Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute
* Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
