As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, guiding customers through the ordering process, and resolving post-order issues. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey. **Responsibilities** * Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials * Guide customers through the ordering procedure online, ensuring that they have a seamless and hassle-free experience * Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping * Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently * Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve international shipping concerns * Work with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using customer service software a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with luxury fashion brands or e-commerce companies * Knowledge of fashion trends and styles, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest fashion developments * Experience using software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
