As a key member of our Contact Center team, you'll be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our sellers and customers, providing timely and effective solutions to a wide range of event and order-related questions. As a Contact Center Representative, your role expectations will progress significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a snapshot of what you can expect:
### Contact Center Representative (30 days in)
* Complete new hire orientation and gain a deep understanding of careerzynith's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
* Learn how to contribute to providing great experiences for our customers and develop industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills.
* Proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
### Contact Center Representative (60 days in)
* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support.
* Navigate our order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions.
### Contact Center Representative (90 days in)
* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets and contribute to individual and team goals.
* Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

* Flexible hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm, 3:30pm-12:00am, or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off, Wednesday and Thursday off, or Monday and Tuesday off, respectively
