As the key point of contact for customers after a sale is made, you'll be responsible for tracking jobs from order placement to delivery and ensuring all questions and concerns are promptly addressed. If you're a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** • **Manage customer orders from sale through production to final delivery**: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their orders are processed efficiently and accurately. • **Track and update the status of jobs using internal systems and production software**: You'll use our internal systems to track the progress of orders and update customers on the status of their jobs. • **Respond to customer inquiries regarding timelines, artwork, revisions, and shipping**: You'll be the go-to person for customers with questions or concerns about their orders, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure their satisfaction. • **Communicate order details between the sales and production teams to ensure accuracy**: You'll work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. • **Proactively follow up with customers throughout the process to provide updates and maintain satisfaction**: You'll be responsible for keeping customers informed about the status of their orders and addressing any concerns they may have. • **Resolve issues or escalate concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution**: You'll work with our production team to resolve any issues that may arise during the production process and escalate concerns to management as needed. • **Maintain accurate records in CRM, order management, and workflow tracking software**: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order status in our CRM and order management systems. **Qualifications** • **Experience in customer service, order coordination, or production support preferred**: While experience in customer service or production support is preferred, we're open to training the right candidate. • **Strong communication and organizational skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and production teams, as well as manage multiple orders and priorities. • **Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple active orders at once**: You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • **Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems**: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems to perform your duties. • **Familiarity with print production or packaging is a plus (not required)**: While experience in print production or packaging is a plus, it's not required.
