**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction and resolution
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional value
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed targets
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
