**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch service to every customer, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions.
* **Maintaining a Clean Store**: You'll assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
* **Stocking Shelves and Coolers**: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality**: You'll be a customer-centric individual with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* **Prior Customer Service Experience**: You'll have at least 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus!
* **Flexibility and Adaptability**: You'll be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* **Certifications**: You'll be required to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
