**Key Responsibilities**
* Managing and resolving customer escalations, including those raised by clients, service alerts, or internal engineering teams
* Collaborating with client service teams, SRE groups, and part teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Providing guidance and insights to improve the quality and reliability of our services
* Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical escalations
* Identifying and implementing solutions to reduce workload, automate processes, and resolve technical issues with services
* Documenting escalation details, actions, and results, and sharing learnings and best practices with engineering and support teams
