You'll work from home, interacting with current customers to offer protection plans for their existing credit cards. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
* Offer protection plans for existing credit cards to current customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Utilize sales skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**
* 6 months of previous call center experience or remote work-from-home experience
* Live within 90 minutes of our local facility (8085 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406)
* Ability to connect to high-speed internet at your primary residence
* Dedicated workspace during working hours, free from outside noise and distractions
* Minimum network speed of:
+ 25 Mbps download speed
+ 10 Mbps upload speed
* High School diploma or GED equivalency
* Ability to pass a background check
