**Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
**Positions Schedule:**
* Wednesday: In-person work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
**Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
