**Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher with careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to clients and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Schedule:**
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
**Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
* Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Remote Work Requirements:**
* High-speed internet connection
* Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
* careerzynith will provide a laptop and cell phone, but candidates must provide their own equipment and ensure a reliable internet connection
