**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey with us. You will take ownership of client onboarding, professional services, and consulting to ensure a unique customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Pre-booking advice on where and how to book a ski trip
* Post-booking support according to customers' needs
* Support during the trip to give a great customer experience
* Representing the voice of the customer and influencing product development roadmap
* Liaising between careerzynith customers and careerzynith suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
* Working independently while receiving support from a broader team
**Key Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in customer service
* 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
* Experience working with support and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, and Intercom
* In-Resort team experience is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
* Ski experience is an advantage
**Available Shift Times**
* Rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings
* 5-day work week
* 12:00pm – 10:00pm (with the option to adjust to 1:00pm – 11:00pm during Daylight Savings Time)
**Pay Rate**
* Salary range $40,000-$45,000 DOE
