**Job Description**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and vendors on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing high-volume calls and emails, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries
* Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
* Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
* Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability
* Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery
* Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to minimize delays
* Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payment
* Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, and sales
* Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive work ethic and strong communication skills
* Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with eCommerce software
* Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
* Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
* Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a similar industrial supply company or related industry
* Knowledge of ERP and eCommerce software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
