Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative – Industrial Supply Expert

Our team is dedicated to providing a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development. **Job Description** As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and vendors on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing high-volume calls and emails, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries * Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner * Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail * Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment * Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability * Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery * Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to minimize delays * Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payment * Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment **Essential Qualifications:** * 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, and sales * Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills * Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive work ethic and strong communication skills * Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with eCommerce software * Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus * Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation * Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a similar industrial supply company or related industry * Knowledge of ERP and eCommerce software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with eCommerce software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * careerzynith offers a comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and industrial supply * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development * Access to industry-leading training and development programs **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * careerzynith is a family-owned company that values its employees and provides a positive and supportive work environment * Collaborative and team-oriented culture that encourages open communication and feedback * Flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options * Access to industry-leading technology and tools to support your work **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $22-$24 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Annual raises and bonuses * Paid time off, including two weeks of paid vacation and all major holidays * Work-from-home options and flexible work arrangements * Equipment provided to support your work **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
