**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service, product installation, or related industry experience
* Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and communicate written instructions, procedures, and guidelines
* Strong computer skills to navigate software and the internet with multiple browsers, email, social media, instant messenger, and chat tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with strong time-management and organization skills
* Experience in the consumer electronics industry, retail, or installation with an emphasis on television wall mounting, ready-to-build furniture, and accessories is beneficial
* Knowledge of televisions, TV wall mounts, specifics with sheetrock, drywall, and hardware installation, or related work experience, is preferred
* General understanding of the consumer electronics industry
