**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist – Wall Connector Support, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering a high level of customer service on every interaction, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and care.
* Owning the relationship from the first customer contact until resolution in an omni-channel environment, providing seamless support for our customers' home or mobile charging equipment.
* Processing warranty-based returns for home charging products with customers and support teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
* Providing troubleshooting and customer support for mobile app and account management for careerzynith charging products, helping customers overcome any technical challenges.
* Assisting Solar / PV emergency lines when needed, demonstrating your ability to adapt to high-pressure situations.
* Achieving expectations on all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monthly, quarterly, and bi-annually, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Meeting careerzynith's standards of excellent customer communication, advocacy, and education, setting the bar high for customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 60 days handling calls for Energy Technical Support or equivalent experience, demonstrating your ability to handle complex technical issues.
* A solid understanding of Electrical concepts, including wiring, Voltage, Frequency Shifting, LRA vs RLA, DCAC - DCDC - ACDC Conversions, and other relevant technical knowledge.
* Familiarity with Telemetry Data (Periscope Graphing, Basic Data Mining) and Configuration Analysis and Modification (Telescope).
* Experience with Connectivity and Networking (Connecting to Customer Network) and Account Administration (Garage, Toolbox, Password Assistance, Commissioning, Product Replacement, Account updates and corrections).
* Strong Critical Thinking skills, including Order of Operations, Signal (Energy) Flow, Firm vs soft vs Hardware, Trend Spotting, Push vs Pull.
