Experienced Customer Service Support Representative - Client Billing (Remote)

Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and patients, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** This is a remote opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative, working with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address their needs accurately and efficiently. You will provide product education, handle a wide variety of questions, and ensure a world-class customer experience. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, and you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for the following: * Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims. * Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, and provide recommendations for process improvements. * Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. * Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence. * Document all activity made to a claim. * Communicate effectively via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients. * Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain better billing information. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Remote work setup requirements: + Dedicated work-from-home space. + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity. * Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus. * Technical Requirements: + Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. + No satellite internet. + Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port). **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Support Representative at careerzynith, you will receive the following benefits: * Competitive salary: $15.25 - $21.00 per hour or state/local minimum wage, if higher. * Generous paid time off. * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options. * Flexible Spending Accounts. * 401k and Employee Stock Purchase plans. * No charge lab testing. * Fitness reimbursement program. * Comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. **Why Join careerzynith?** At careerzynith, we are committed to improving health and improving lives.
