**Key Responsibilities**

* Responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on careerzynith processes and policies.
* Maintaining excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.

* Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ year of customer service experience.
* Previous healthcare or call center experience is strongly preferred.
* Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.
* Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
* Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
* Bilingual is a plus.
