**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Call Center Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Logging issues and problems accurately and efficiently
* Demonstrating dependability and a strong work attendance record
* Collaborating with team members and call center management to contribute to department goals and maintain service level objectives
* Promptly escalating urgent customer concerns or issues
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients
**Experience/Training**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of one year's experience in a call center or financial services or similar specialist position
* Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices, Telephone Consumer Protection, Consumer Financial Protection Laws, and Consumer Privacy Laws (desirable)
* A strong understanding of mortgage loan and banking principles (desirable)
