Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Services Specialist to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in connecting, repairing, and rearranging careerzynith services for our customers. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Connect, repair, and rearrange cable conductors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Review and analyze prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings to identify and resolve issues
- Splice and waterproof coverings to ensure durability and reliability
- Repair and maintain outside plant facilities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including climbing ladders and poles when necessary
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience with cable installation, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of telecommunications systems and infrastructure
- Certifications or training in areas such as OSHA, first aid, or CPR
- Fluency in multiple languages
