About careerzynith Accelerate
careerzynith Accelerate is our Customer Success program for 1:many support, targeted interventions, and data-driven insights to grow and retain SMB/MME customers at scale. We're looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team and support the activation, growth, and retention of our self-service customers. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment with the customer's goals after implementation and ensuring they derive value from our platform and services, with an eye toward self-service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a scaled book of business by driving relationship value and ensuring alignment with customer goals
- Develop and execute customized growth and retention strategies for self-service customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for growth
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to customers to optimize their use of our platform and services
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our platform and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and AI
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and retention in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights-driven recommendations
- Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Experience working with AI-powered customer service platforms
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and AI
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to develop and execute customized growth and retention strategies
