**Role Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Nuuly team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. You'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
* Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM
* Work closely with the Customer Success Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives
**Expected Hours and Work Environment**
* Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST
* Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business
* This role is hired on an "at need" basis and will be hired initially as a temp role
* If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months
* This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our Remote office
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role
* Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the careerzynith brands, customers, and product
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a subscription-based service or retail environment
* Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
