**Your Future Missions**
As a Customer Success Manager - Public Sector, you'll be responsible for providing high-level customer support to our public sector clients on our CSE Swile offer. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing reactive and proactive customer support to our public sector clients
* Collaborating closely with the Sales Team - Public Sector to offer personalized services
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures and processes within the Onboarding CSE team
* Being actively listening to client needs, ensuring optimal availability, and providing personalized responses to public sector clients
* Collaborating with the Products and Innovation teams to identify opportunities for improvement and new features, adapting and optimizing our offerings
* Analyzing statistics (onboarding, client satisfaction, etc.), mastering various communication tools, essential office tools, and CRM systems. A passion for the digital environment is preferred
**What to Expect in the First 6 Months**
During your first 6 months, you can expect to:
* Take ownership of basic tools (Salesforce, Backoffice, Admin Space)
* Accompany a client independently during the onboarding process
* Respond independently to simple requests (e.g., client space management, account setup, etc.)
* Take ownership of topics related to the team's roadmap
* Respond independently to complex requests (e.g., invoicing, market nuances, etc.)
* Know the right contacts and be able to make product feedback
**Job Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of experience in the public sector or have previously worked with a company in this domain
* The ability to demonstrate patience, reactivity, and excellent customer service skills
* The ability to provide tailored solutions to client needs and communicate these needs to the Products team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Autonomy, organization, and resilience
* Strong listening and writing skills

* A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
