Your expertise in Galileo and Amadeus systems will be crucial in managing bookings, handling refunds, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their reservations and queries through multiple communication channels, ensuring timely and high-quality responses in English.
- Utilize Galileo and Amadeus systems to manage bookings efficiently, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

Requirements for Success
