As a Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing DMCA takedown requests, responding to customer and creator inquiries, improving content moderation pipelines, and solving payment disputes. This is a full-time position, and we're open to candidates located in Miami or Los Angeles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage DMCA takedown requests and ensure timely resolution
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom) in a timely and professional manner
* Review flagged content to ensure compliance with our content Community Guidelines
* Handle payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation pipelines and resolve complex issues
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
* Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment
* Familiarity with content moderation and community guidelines
* Knowledge of DMCA takedown procedures and best practices
* Experience with live chat software and email management tools
