**Requirements**
* Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must pass a background check (required by client)
* Drug screening may be required for certain clients
* Must have a quiet home office setup with:
+ A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications
+ Reliable high-speed internet
+ Ethernet connection is required – your device must be hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
+ USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices)
**Training Details**
Before servicing clients, you must complete a mandatory training and certification program:
* Duration: 4–6 weeks
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day
* Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training)
* You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service

* Pay rates vary by client (typically $10–$16/hour once certified)
