With a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work from home, you will have the freedom to manage your own time and work at your own pace. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support to clients across a variety of industries * Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, technical issues, and more * Represent careerzynith with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy in every interaction * Work independently as an independent contractor, with the flexibility to set your own schedule * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must reside in an eligible U.S. state * Must be at least 18 years old * Must pass a background check (required by client) * Drug screening may be required for certain clients * Must have a quiet home office setup with: + A desktop or laptop that meets minimum specifications + Reliable high-speed internet + Ethernet connection is required – your device must be hardwired to your modem using a Cat 5, Cat 6, or Cat 7 Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) + USB headset with microphone (no Bluetooth or wireless devices) **Training Details** Before servicing clients, you must complete a mandatory training and certification program: * Duration: 4–6 weeks * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 to 6 hours per day * Session options: Morning or evening (chosen at the start and fixed for the entire training) * You must successfully complete training and certification before beginning paid service **Compensation Structure** * Pay rates vary by client (typically $10–$16/hour once certified) * You will be paid only after certification and servicing for 30 days (referred to as a “month in the hole”) * Payments are issued on a bi-monthly schedule once servicing begins **Why is there a wait to be paid?** As independent contractors, you are paid after the client releases funds to us.
