**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
* Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive top-notch support
* Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
* Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

* Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
* Experience working in a customer service role
