**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, analyzing client behavior, and forecasting content commitment. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions.
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
* Forecast content commitment to inform acquisition decisions.
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy.
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation.
* Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth.
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a media or entertainment company.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python.
* Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
* Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication.
