Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments (Remote Opportunity)

As a remote employee, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to deliver top-notch services. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments, you'll be responsible for: * Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between careerzynith and fund companies or transfer agents * Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity * Analyzing complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications * Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile * Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Interacting with and embodying careerzynith's values in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners **Duties and Responsibilities** * Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests * Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor account exceptions * Meeting regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies * Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding * Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns * Identifying the root cause of breaks between careerzynith, the Fund, etc. * Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility * Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial industry or a related field * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools * Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
