Job Summary
careerzynith is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a remote basis. This is a full-time role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for accuracy. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering financial data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and security of financial data, and collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately enter financial data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail
- Ensure the integrity and security of financial data by following established protocols
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entry
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under strict deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts preferred
