careerzynith is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our Customer Success team on a 3-6 month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our high-volume renewal cycle by generating quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce. **What You'll Do:**
As a Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers, ensuring timely and accurate quote generation
* Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms, meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency
* Submit quotes for internal approvals when needed, maintaining open communication with the Customer Success team
* Coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure quotes are ready for delivery, guaranteeing seamless execution
* Targeting 12-15 quotes/day, you'll be working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment that requires focus, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
* Interface only with internal stakeholders, with no external communication or technical troubleshooting responsibilities
**What You Won't Do:**
As a Data Entry Salesforce CPQ Specialist, you won't be responsible for:
* Hands-on Salesforce configuration, allowing you to focus on quote generation and data entry
* Customer communication or technical troubleshooting, ensuring your expertise is utilized in a high-value capacity

* Must be able to work EST or CST, with a flexible schedule that accommodates our team's needs
