* **Professional Development:** Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest safety and compliance regulations and best practices.
**Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. aviation, safety, compliance, data analysis).
* **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
* **Skills:**
+ Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel skills.
+ Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau).
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* **Certifications:** MSP SIDA identification (or ability to obtain).
