**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently in a remote setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
