**Job Responsibilities:**

* Utilize Microsoft suite to efficiently manage data entry tasks
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of careerzynith's policies, procedures, and systems
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work effectively in a remote environment, adhering to established schedules and deadlines
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
**Preferred Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
