Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * **Communicating with customers**: You'll engage with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to ensure timely package **Previous experience in Customer Service**: You'll have prior experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing excellent service. * **Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency**: You'll be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet customer needs. * **Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook**:
