**Responsibilities:**
As a Distribution Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, and other related matters.
* Processing and inputting all customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our distribution processes.
* Producing stock reports to check for product availability, and generating all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
* Coordinating special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary to meet customer expectations.
* Providing follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met, and communicating customer feedback to management to identify areas for improvement.
* Assuring proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices, and preparing shipping and tracing information to customers as required.
* Maintaining damage records and back-order logs, and acting as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts, and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
* Overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining the corresponding files, and ensuring that our procedure manual is up-to-date and accurate, detailing the processing requirements for each account.
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications
* Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key
* Shipping software systems, including UPS and Federal Express
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Ability to work in varying facility conditions, and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
careerzynith offers a competitive salary, with a base hourly rate of $18.00. In addition, this position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour based on shift work. Our robust benefit program includes:
