**Job Summary**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for representing clients, managing their brands, and staying up-to-date on competitor activity in the region. You'll work closely with our Senior Management team to track and report daily sales and territory assessments, participate in weekly meetings to discuss tools and tactics, and stay current on product knowledge and promotions. You'll also have the opportunity to travel locally and nationally to conferences and potential new client meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Track and report to Senior Management the daily sales and territory assessments of yourself and your team
* Participate and attend weekday meetings to discuss tools and tactics for each day's success
* Stay current on product knowledge and promotions, as well as competitor offerings, to ensure the best opportunity for potential customers
* Travel locally to assigned territory and nationally to conferences and potential new client meetings
* Build and maintain a productive relationship with the customer throughout their entire experience
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position
* Strong problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills
* Prior experience in customer service and sales
* Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and phone interactions
* Maintain flexibility with one's work schedule, and the ability to travel is a plus
* The right candidate is local to the area, must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily, and can start immediately if offered the position
