**Requirements:**

* 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus), with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a solid foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
* Basic knowledge of computer software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
