**Job Description**
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing product information, resolving issues, and offering general support.
* Demonstrating high standards for quality service, maintaining a positive attitude, and being proactive in resolving customer issues.
* Staying up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate and informed support.
* Working collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead/Quality Advocate/Trainer and Manager.
* Maintaining business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts.
* Entering information accurately and fully documenting all client interactions in the proprietary call center database (CSC).
* Being punctual to work and adhering to all schedules and deadlines, both scheduled and special projects.
* Striving to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
* Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged.
* Self-starter ability to manage workload efficiently.
* Exceptional written communication skills.
* Ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume.
* Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen.
* Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication.

* Must be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic shift environment, with weekends and evening shifts may be required.

* Prior customer service/troubleshooting experience.
* Experience in retail sales and call center environments.
* Strong knowledge of client relationship management tools and software.
