Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager – Voice Experience and Quality Assurance

You'll be responsible for a book of business of vendor partners, defining what a quality experience means for them, setting and tracking metrics, working with cross-functional teams to improve training and quality assurance, and collaborating with product teams to optimize transaction processes. You'll have a high level of visibility across the organization, driving volume growth and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the outcome of dispatches and quality for existing vendor partners * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, including streamlining work processes through product and feature development * Work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Product, Research, Design, and Global Support Operations, to drive innovation and growth * Acquire a high level of visibility from senior leadership by driving a "big bet" for careerzynith * Collaborate with product teams to optimize transaction processes and improve vendor partner experiences **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, customer experience) * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement * Proven track record of driving business growth and retention through customer experience initiatives * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, customer experience) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders * Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services is a plus * Certification in customer experience or quality assurance is a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus * Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services is a plus **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
