Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and outgoing customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Functions: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively.
- Presentation and Explanation of Fees: Present and explain fees to clients, processing payments and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Product and Service Education: Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
- Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Hospital Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the removal of animal waste and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
