Your primary objectives will be to: * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize careerzynith's proprietary systems and tools to access customer information and resolve issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare) * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or call center environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively * Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * 1.5+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and solution-focused support * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
