Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Supervisor – Remote Chat Support Team Lead

As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also driving business results and improving processes. If you have a passion for leadership, customer service, and teamwork, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service supervisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Leading and developing a team of chat customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences * Coaching and providing feedback to team members to improve performance and quality standards * Monitoring individual and team performance to ensure performance and quality standards are met or exceeded * Assisting team members with escalated customer issues and providing guidance on complex customer inquiries * Establishing and maintaining interdepartmental relationships to ensure alignment on business initiatives * Developing staff to be more effective in their roles through on-going coaching and on-the-job training * Handling department personnel issues, including performance reviews, counseling, and progressive disciplinary actions as needed * Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing through the Kronos system * Motivating and inspiring team members to action through effective leadership skills, including problem-solving and team development * Performing other duties as requested by management **Required Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma with some college coursework in business or a related field, or equivalent experience * 5-7 years of customer service/call center experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively * Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English * Ability to use personal computers and software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and cable billing systems * Knowledge of customer relations, communications, and sales skills * Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Supervisory or leadership experience of a team of 10 or more people * Experience with customer relations, communications, and sales skills * Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate noise levels **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote customer service supervisor, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and quiet workspace.
