Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. - Perform data entry of claims information into the claims management systems
- Follow up on missing information to ensure accurate processing of claims
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Compile reports from systems containing claims information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
