**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Success Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working from home. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for verifying data and information, documenting customer interactions, and meeting or exceeding all managed metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and respond to challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents
* Assist and troubleshoot customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Verify data and information using a verification process
* Address customer questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills
* Document both customer concerns and solutions
* Meet or exceed all managed metrics
* Keep your community safe and make a difference

**Requirements**
* Ambitious customer-focused individual with a strong desire to make a difference
* One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
* Strong computer skills with dual monitor experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes while adhering to scheduled breaks/lunches in accordance with business needs
* Ability to work from home with internet in a quiet area
* Computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
