Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Corporate Travel Management

As a key member of our corporate travel management organization, you'll play a vital role in driving steady income, utilizing your expertise in data entry, business development, and customer relationships. With minimal supervision, you'll exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all corporate travel agreements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as an informed authority for TMC (Travel Management Company) business for careerzynith, driving steady income and utilizing your expertise in data entry, business development, and customer relationships. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel valuable learning experiences for careerzynith. * With minimal supervision, exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management groups to develop contract-official arrangements. * Analyze income, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profit. * Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel learning experiences for careerzynith. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, planning closely with marketing and business development groups. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, planning arrangements, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management group to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected income per the details of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor income, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, boosting income opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for careerzynith. * Prepare and execute local sales plan according to corporate sales targets and ensure careerzynith is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join careerzynith?** At careerzynith, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and innovation.
