**About the Job**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in our financial operations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our financial data. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the Specialized Accounting, Functional Accounting, Designing, Product, Finance, Assessment, Legal, and other teams to develop and implement financial processes and procedures
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive financial data requirements to support the automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial processes
* Leading functional improvement initiatives to streamline income tasks and reduce the income close cycle
* Reviewing data quality of journal entries prepared through the Income Subledger and developing Information Quality checks for identified use cases through financial requirements planning, ad-hoc examinations, new product launches, etc.
* Working with the Product and Designing teams to continuously improve our daily Income Reconciliation process and oversee reconciliation investigation with the assistance of the analysis team
* Reviewing meetings and evaluating impact on existing or need for new financial requirements for the Income Subledger
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams on journal entry streams for new or existing products for automation through the Income Subledger
* Performing monthly income accounting close responsibilities, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, cost of income analysis, debt claims reconciliations, review journal entries, and audit close package expectations
* Performing ad-hoc examinations and projects as assigned
**We're Excited About You Because...**
* You have 3+ years of experience in income accounting, data analysis, and business intelligence
* You have a solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606 Income Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS an plus
* You have transitional/high-level SQL skills and the ability to work with large volumes of conditional data, Python an plus
* You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments
* You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both internally and remotely
