Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy

We are committed to advancing and supporting a culture of inclusion, respect, and understanding, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Precise reading, interpreting, and entering solutions into the computer system, including the calculation of dosages, assignment of labels, and acceptance of timely payment from insurance companies. * Contacting physicians' offices and insurance companies to ensure the accuracy of our patients' specialty medication orders. * Occasionally, you will be responsible for answering patient calls to arrange and manage new patient medication requests and reorders, which includes verifying and re-verifying benefits. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, medication orders, and payment details. * Collaborating with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the data entry process. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A valid AZ Pharmacy Technician License * At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting * At least 6 months of work experience with Windows-Based applications, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications * Proficiency in typing and a strong preference for keyboarding skills * Ability to sit or stand for the length of the shift (8-10 hours) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician * At least 90 days of experience handling and resolving client needs via telephone * Experience in healthcare, with a focus on benefits, insurance, and medications * Experience with clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support roles * Client service experience in an office setting * At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone client care * Strong client support skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong knowledge of computer programs * Amazing data entry skills **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote data entry specialist, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and quiet work environment. careerzynith is committed to creating a culture of diversity, empathy, and belonging, and we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our employees. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** careerzynith offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive hourly rate of $20-30 per hour * Paid time off and holidays * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance * A range of supplemental benefits and discount programs * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
