**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to:
* Process production orders and create labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
* Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
* Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify Bin locations and help the Planning teams resubmit re-test samples
* Perform job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions
* Take on other projects or responsibilities as needed to support the team's goals and objectives

**Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
* Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
* Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
* Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
